Registration procedure


Children can be registered year-round. The date they start will be determined in consultation with you. Children are admitted to year 1 on the day after they have celebrated their fourth birthday. Children who turn 4 between May 1 and September 30 are admitted to elementary school on the first day of the new school year.


Registration form

The school will process a registration application, if the registration form has been received signed by parent(s) or caregiver(s).


Waiting list

The date of receipt of a signed registration form is decisive for the order in case of a waiting list.


Written confirmation of admission

The registration is converted into formal admission, if all necessary forms, including signatures, have been received, and the school has confirmed the admission in writing.


General terms and conditions

The Foundation’s general terms and conditions apply to all registrations and admissions of students.
